Mission Statement

The BWF Foundation’s mission is to provide support throughout the country to young people committed to a future in the arts.

Specific Goals

The BWF Foundation is committed to the development of future audiences and artists nationwide.  Grants are awarded in the following areas:

• To provide funding to not-for-profit organizations that advocate arts education initiatives
• To underwrite educational programs that provide interdisciplinary curriculum-based approaches to the arts
• To encourage and inspire future artists to participate in a variety of theatrical experiences
• To build attendance through the provision of economic and resource support
